Shops and Shopkeepers – Romsey Local History Society Exhibition

Saturday 3rd – Sunday 18th July

Enjoy an ‘exhibition’ organised by the Romsey Local History Society.  35 posters explaining the history of ‘Shops and Shopkeepers in and around Romsey Market Place’ will be  displayed in the windows (or, in a few cases, the interiors) of the premises they are describing for the whole duration of the festival.

Combine a wander round the posters with a fun quiz which is available to download from the Romsey Local History website.  A printed copy can be obtained from Romsey Visitor Information Centre.  The answers can be found on the posters, and will be posted on the history society’s website after the Romsey Festival.

Romsey Local History Society is part of the LTVAS Group (Lower Test Valley Archaeological Study Group).
